The way to stay in the BVI is by boat, but if you are looking for a small villa on the island of Tortolla one should consider SurfSong. The island itself is rather expensive when it comes to accommodations. SurfSong is along the higher end of the scale...but worth the money. The location is perfect, great service, and the amenities are plenty for those seeking a comfortable stay. I literally want to design my house based on the set up of the Seashell Villa.
